Our toolmaking business has built its reputation on its expertise in the manufacture
and repair of extrusion dies and ancillary equipment plus injection moulds up to 10 tons in weight.
We specialise in the manufacture of tooling to produce all types of pipework (up to
710mm diameter) associated with the building and construction industry, including drainage, soil and rainwater systems with
guttering of various profiles. Our staff together with D E J Plastics Consultancy are well able to assist with the design
and development of this form of tooling.
The range and size of our machine tools is such that we can offer a competitive, large
capacity, subcontract machining service backed up by the quality standards expected of a long standing toolmaking business.
These facilities cover large turning up to 1500mm diameter, CNC milling interfaced with off-line CAD/CAM system, radial drilling,
grinding and welding.
Our factory has drive-in lorry access for on/off loading of large components with our
5 ton overhead travelling gantry crane.
